Why I do it
I want to see you and your ideas flourish as you share them with others. I believe every single person has a unique idea, insight, or expertise that, if presented with intention, can have an incredibly powerful and positive impact in the world.
And here’s the truth: being the best communicator you can be isn’t just about mastering your body language, or making stylistic changes… it’s about psychology, mindfulness, and finding comfort and confidence in your own unique, one-of-a-kind communication style.
When you can feel at ease and actually love the process of communicating, you’ll create from a place of excitement, curiosity, and joy. And functioning from this creative mentality isn’t just fun space to be in… it also increases the potential for sparks of brilliance! And who doesn’t want more of that?

Discovering and amplifying the strengths you already have – rather than being a robotic version of what you think a “good speaker” is;
Being willing to make mistakes and experience vulnerability as you experiment, try new things, and grow beyond the limits of your comfort zone; and
Committing to consistent, strategic practice, review, and improvement of your skills, and treating communication like a skill you truly wish to improve.

As an advocacy coach – and in my past work as a licensed attorney and copyeditor – I work closely with my clients on all aspects of persuasive communication: speaking, writing, active listening, visualization, action, and so on. We start with a complete analysis because I don’t believe in a “quick fix” approach. My clients develop their skills from the inside out, so they can find independence as they become more effective communicators and leaders in their respective fields.
